    Tomato-Basil Pasta Sauce

    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1-2 cloves garlic (I do two. Love that garlic!)
    1 (14 oz) can whole peeled tomatoes
    1 tablespoon basil flakes or one fresh basil leaf (fresh is best)
    1 pinch salt

    Saute garlic in oil. Mush tomatoes and add to garlic. Add salt and basil. Bring to boil and simmer 5-10 minuets. You're done!
