Baked Salmon Steaks

4 salmon steaks
olive oil
salt and pepper
dry white wine

Wash the salmon steaks and place them in a baking dish. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place them in an oven preheated to 425F. After about ten minutes sprinkle the steaks with white wine and then put them back in the oven. Cook for another 10 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
