    1 cup flavored bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
    1/4 cup finely chopped Genoa salami
    2 eggs
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1 1/2 pounds beef rump roast, cut into 1/2-inch slices
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Spaghetti sauce

    In bowl, combine bread crumbs, cheese, salami, eggs and pepper. Mix well. Spread evenly over beef slices. Roll up jellyroll fashion, securing each with a toothpick.

    In large pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Brown on all sides. Reduce heat to low. Add spaghetti sauce to taste. Cover and simmer for 35 to 40 minutes, or until beef is tender.
