Chicken Penne a la Marengo

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 14.5 ounce can reduced sodium chicken broth
1 medium green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 small red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 1/2 cups uncooked penne pasta (4 ounces)
1 14.5 ounce can Italian-style stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
1 2.25 ounce can sliced ripe olives, drained
Recipe
Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium high heat and add olive oil. Add chicken and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until brown. Add the bell pepper and onion and sautîWor 2 minutes more. Stir in broth and heat to boiling. Stir in the pasta and bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. Cook uncovered for 5 to 10 minutes or until pasta is tender. Stir in olives.
