    Grilled Figs Wrapped in Prosciutto

    List of Ingredients




    12 ripe fresh figs
    12 thin slices prosciutto
    2 T. vegetable oil
    1/2 C. plain yogurt
    2 T. chopped mint

    Recipe



    Light a medium-hot fire in a barbeque grill. Wrap each fig with a slice of prosciutto.

    When the fire is ready, clean the grill with a wire brush. Then oil the grill to prevent sticking. Place the figs on the grill and cook, turning once, until heated through, about 5 minutes.

    In a small bowl, blend the yogurt and mint. Serve the grilled figs hot, with a dollop of minted yogurt on the side.
