    Jazzed Up Garlic Bread

    1 loaf good french or italian bread (a hard crust is good)
    1 cup EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
    3/4 cup grated parmessan, romano or italian cheese mix
    1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
    1 garlic cloves or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. fresh parsley or 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. crushed red peppers (optional)

    Recipe



    1. If necessary, soak sun dried tomatoes in 1/4 cup boiling water to rehydrate. Drain.

    2. Combine Extra Virgin Olive Oil with ingredients, except the french bread. Stir and set aside.

    3. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    4. Place bread directly on rack, bake for 10 minutes. Lets cool enough to be handled. Cut into slices (approximately 1/4").

    5. Spoon Colavita Olive Oil mixture on slices (I prefer a generous spoonful). Serve while bread is warm! Enjoy!
