Stuffed Shells Florentine

1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
½ tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
¼ tsp. salt
20 jumbo shell macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
15 oz. jar spaghetti sauce (1¾ cup) Mushroom & Tomato, Extra ChunkyRecipe
1. In a bowl, mix well the first seven ingredients (through salt). Stuff about 3 Tbs. cheese mixture into each shell.
2. In a 12" x 8" baking dish, spread ½ of the spaghetti sauce. Arrange shells, stuffed side up, in the sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over shells.
3. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until hot. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
Serves 4.
