1 pie shell (can use pizza dough)
3/4 lb. sweet sausage(remove casing/crumble)
1/2 cup onions
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk or cream
1 cup cheese, shredded (mozzarella or provolone)
salt/pepper


Recipe



Place dough in pie pan. Saute sausage and onions, drain, and spoon into prepared pie pan. Blend eggs, cream cheese, salt and pepper pour over sausage and bake until custard forms. Bake in 350 degree oven 35 minutes. Allow to cool. Serve in small pieces.
