    2 cups Manischewitz Blackberry Wine
    3 cups Sugar
    3 oz liquid Pectin (1/2 bottle )

    Recipe



    Measure sugar into sauce pan. Pour wine over sugar, and
    blend well. Set over heat and stir until dissolved & mixture boils.
    Remove from heat and add Pectrin.
    Mix well. Skim off most of foam on top, and pour into prepared jars.
    Seal, water bath for at least 10 minutes.

    Label and store in cool dark place.
