    1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
    1/4 Cup water
    2/3 Cup non-fat dry milk
    sweetener equivalent to 4 tsp. sugar
    3/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 Cup ice water

    Recipe



    Chill a medium bowl and beaters from an electric mixer in the freezer for 30 minutes
    Sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 Cup water in a small saucepan. Heat on low till gelatin is completely dissolved
    Remove bowl from freezer and place in a large bowl of ice cubes. In the chilled bowl, place sweetener, dry milk, vanilla and 1/4 Cup ice water. Beat on low slowly adding gelatin mix
    Beat on high till soft peaks form
    Chill in a covered container 10-15 minutes before serving
    Topping keeps well in refrigerator for 2 days
