    8 ounces of soft tofu
    1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese
    1 tablespoon of low sodium soy sauce
    1 tablespoon of chopped green onion, with top
    1 teaspoon of grated gingerroot
    1 tablespoon of sesame seed, toasted

    Place the tofu, cottage cheese and soy sauce in a blender or food processor. Cover and blend or process for about 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir in the onion and gingerroot. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Stir in the sesame seed. Serve with raw vegetables or crackers if desired. Makes 1 1/2 cups of dip
