    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup bourbon
    1/2 cup soy sauce
    1 lemon
    1 cup beer

    Mix together and pour over the ribs. Marinate for 24 hours. Cook the remaining marinade well because of the contamination from the uncooked pork and baste the ribs with it on the grill.
