    1/2 cup lemon juice or lime juice
    1/4 cup water
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon Adolph's meat tenderizer, unflavored
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon celery salt
    1/4 teaspoon ground chile de arbol, or any other ground red pepper you like

    All measures are approximate. Adjust to your taste. Mix together.
