    15 lbs. roast beef
    1 gal water
    1 whole head of garlic
    salt to taste
    1 small jar of mole (found in Mexican stores)
    1 small jar of mustard
    1 t. each of oregano, marjoram, cumin, thyme, and black pepper
    3 bay leaves
    1 1/2 c. red wine


    Recipe



    Mix all the ingredients and pour over the roast beef in one of those big, slow roasters. Cook until beef shreds easily. Or cook in a covered pit in your back yard.
