    Brown Sugar Rum Lamb Chops

    6 lamb chops
    3 tablespoons honey
    2 tablespoons dry sherry
    2 fluid ounces soy sauce
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 fluid ounces chicken stock
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoons dark rum

    Recipe



    1. Place chops in a glass dish.
    2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over chops.
    3. Refrigerate at least 6 hours (or overnight).
    4. Put chops and marinade in an ovenproof dish and cover.
    5. Bake in a 350F oven for 45 minutes.
