    Chicago-Style BBQ Ribs

    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 cup BBQ sauce
    1/2 cup vinegar
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. onion powder
    2 lbs. country-style back ribs

    Recipe




    Bake ribs at 450°F for 20 min. Pour off fat. Reduce oven to 300°F and cook 30 min. more.
    Meanwhile, mix sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 min.
    Drain ribs and cover with sauce.
    Cook another hour, basting every 15 min.
