    4 1/2"-thick pork loin chops

    Marinade
    2 cups orange juice
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. lemon pepper
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. crushed rosemary
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

    Sauce
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
    1 tsp. orange peel, freshly grated

    Recipe



    Combine marinade ingredients in plastic bag; reserve 1/2 cup of marinade for later. Add pork chops and refrigerate in marinade for 1-2 hours. Remove pork chops, discard bag and used marinade. Grill chops 4-5 minutes per side. Heat Sauce ingredients in skillet, and cook on Low 1 - 2 minutes. Add remaining 1/2 cup of marinade and cook until reduced by half. Serve sauce over the grilled chops.
