    Dutch Meat Loaf

    Meat Loaf:
    2 lbs. hamburger
    1 medium onion
    1 egg
    1 cup bread crumbs
    1 can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper

    Sauce:
    1/2 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    2 tsp molasses
    2 tsp white vinegar
    2 tsp yellow mustard

    Recipe



    Mix meat loaf ingredients together and form into loaf.

    Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over the meat loaf.

    Bake covered at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours.

    Baste frequently with the juices in the pan.
