    2 tablespoons butter
    1/4 cup packed brown sugar
    Whole cloves
    1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained and reserved
    4 cups ground cooked ham
    1 cup ground beef
    1 cup fresh pork
    1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup milk
    1 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tablespoon mustard
    1 tablespoon onion

    Melt butter in a 9-1/2x5-1/4-inch loaf pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over the bottom. Insert 1 whole clove into each pineapple chunk. Place pineapple, clove side down, in butter mixture. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Shape into a loaf. Place on top of pineapple. Set loaf pan inside a larger pan to catch the drippings. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1-1/2 hours. Invert on platter to serve.
