BOWTIES WITH CREAMY SAUSAGE & TOMATOES

12 oz. farfalle (bowtie) or similar size pasta
1 lb. seasoned ground pork, crumbled
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/2 cup onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
10 oz. can tomatoes with green chilies
1-1/2 cups whipping cream
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley
Recipe
Heat oil in large, heavy skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and pepper flakes. Cook sausage until no longer pink, stirring frequently, about 8 minutes.
Add onion and garlic to skillet and cook until onion is tender and sausage is light brown, stirring occasionally, about 6 minutes. Add tomatoes, cream, cornstarch and salt. Simmer until mixture thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
Serve on plate or flat bowl with pork mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
