    6 oz Fettuccine
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1 small garlic clove, crushed
    2 links well-seasoned Italian sausage, casings removed, crumbled, browned, and drained
    2 strips bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
    2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
    3 tablespoons butter
    4 eggs, beaten
    freshly ground black pepper
    pinch each dried basil and oregano
    seasoned or plain salt

    Cook the meats; set aside. Melt the butter in a large heavy skillet. Add the garlic; saute 1 minute. Add the cooked bacon and sausage, parsley, basil, and oregano. Cook and drain the fettuccine according to package directions. Add the fettuccine to the skillet; stir to blend. Add the eggs and cheese; sprinkle with salt to taste. Stir continuously until the eggs coat fettuccine and begin to set in a few places. Serve immediately sprinkled with freshly ground black pepper.
