    1 1/2 gallons water 1 quart
    2 cups Rotini
    2 1/2 cups black beans, rinsed, drained
    3 cups corn, whole kernel, drained
    2 quarts Picante sauce
    1 cup tomato sauce
    2 cups Montery Jack cheese, shredded

    Recipe



    Bring water to a rapid boil. Gradually add pasta; stir to separate. Boil, uncovered, 15 minutes; stir occasionally. Drain; rinse with cold water.

    Combine black beans, corn, picante sauce and tomato sauce. Add pasta; mix well. Spoon mixture into 10x12-inch pan.

    Cover; bake 350F for 1 hour 10 minutes.

    Remove foil; sprinkle with cheese. Bake additional 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Refrigerate unused servings.
