1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbs. butter
parsley
8 oz. cooked noodles, drained
2 Tbs. buttered fine bread crumbs
Recipe
1.Saute mushrooms in butter over high heat 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
2.Arrange the noodles and mushrooms in layers in a greased casserole. Top with buttered crumbs and brown in 375 degree oven about 10 minutes.
