    2 cups about 8 ounces elbow macaroni
    1/2 cup olive oil or vegetable oil
    1/4 cup vinegar
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    1 teaspoon chopped chives
    Salt to taste
    1/4 cup chopped pimentos
    2 deviled egg halves
    1/2 pound thinly sliced ham, rolled
    2 tomatoes, quartered
    lettuce
    parsley

    Cook elbow macaroni according to the package directions; drain well. Cool by rinsing in cold water. Combine olive oil or vegetable oil, vinegar, mustard, chives and salt to taste in screw top jar or small bowl; shake vigorously or whip with wire whisk until well blended and of a thick and creamy consistency. Add dressing with pimentos to the cooked macaroni in a large bowl; toss lightly until macaroni is evenly coated. Chill. Arrange macaroni mixture, deviled eggs, ham rolls and tomatoes on lettuce. Garnish with parsley. This will serve 6.
