    2 pounds ground round
    1 package taco seasoning mix
    1 box lasagna noodles (uncooked)
    2-1/2 cups salsa (El Paso)
    3/4 cups green onion (diced)
    1 (14 ounce) can large pitted black olives (sliced)
    1 medium tomato (diced)
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

    Recipe



    Brown and drain the ground round. Mix in the taco seasoning and 1 cup water. Simmer for a few minutes. Then layer noodles and meat, starting with the noodles and ending with the meat.

    Combine the salsa with 2 cups water and pour over the noodles and meat. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.

    Remove from oven and spread the green onion, olives and tomato evenly over the top. Then add the cheese. Return to the oven until the cheese melts. Serve with sour cream on the side.
