    Broccoli Walnut Pasta Salad

    1# Pasta (mostaccioli)
    1 envelope pesto mix
    1/4 C. olive oil
    1/4 C. balsamic vinegar
    broccoli flowerettes
    walnuts,crushed some
    black olives, sliced in halves
    freshly grated Parmesan cheese (makes all the difference)

    Recipe



    Cook pasta according to directions.
    In bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar and pesto.

    In large bowl add pasta and pesto sauce, mix well. Add all the chopped veggy's, walnuts, Parmesan cheese, mix well. Salt to taste.

    Keep refrigerated.
