    Ham, Pecan & Blue Cheese Pasta Salad

    4 Ounces cooked ham, cut into thin strips
    1 cup broken pecans
    3/4 cup (3 ounces) blue cheese
    1/3 cup snipped parsley
    2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper, coarse and freshly ground
    1 clove garlic, minced
    8 ounces bow ties
    Grated fresh parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    In large salad bowl combine first 8 ingredients. Cover and let stand 30 minutes. Cook pasta according to directions. Drain and toss with ham mixture. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
    Cover and chill any leftover (Ha!). To reheat any leftover, microwave on high for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes.
