    1 14-16 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and cut in quarters
    30-36 medium shrimp, cooked and cleaned
    ½ cup grape tomatoes, halved
    8 ounces bow-tie pasta, cooked
    ¼-1/2 cup creamy Caesar dressing or your favorite creamy

    Italian dressing
    ¼ teaspoon sea salt
    1/8-1/4 teaspoon finely cracked black pepper
    3-4 teaspoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1-2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

    Recipe



    Gently mix first three ingredients; toss lightly with olive oil. Add salt and pepper; add dressing and mix gently. Chill for 1 hour before serving. When ready to serve, add additional dressing if needed and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese. “Tossed with creamy Caesar dressing!” “Delicious to serve with fresh sliced melon.”
