    3 eggs
    1 cup white sugar
    2/3 cup sweetened puree strawberries (fresh)
    3/4 cup self-rising flour

    Frosting:
    8 ounces cream cheese
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1 cup powdered sugar

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl beat eggs, sugar and strawberries. Then add flour and mix. Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 x 2 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes in pan. Sprinkle a dish towel with powdered sugar, turn cake onto dish towel, then sprinkle cake. Roll up in towel, cool 2 hours. Unroll and frost with frosting.

    Frosting: Beat cream cheese, butter, and sugar for 2 minutes.

    After spreading frosting on cake, lay fresh sliced strawberries all over frosting, then roll up. Wrap in waxed paper, then foil wrap. Refrigerate. Can be frozen.
