    4 cups buttermilk baking mix
    1 cup cold water
    1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
    2 cups mozzarella cheese - shredded
    1 tsp oregano leaves - ground
    1/2 tsp ground black pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 cup green bell pepper - thinly julienned
    3 large ripe tomatoes - 1/2 inch slices
    1/2 cup sliced salami - 1 1/2 inch pieces (2 oz)

    Preheat oven to 350 F

    Combine buttermilk baking mix and cold water; mix until smooth, and form into a ball. Turn out onto floured surface and knead dough until smooth. Pat dough evenly over bottom of greased 15 x 10 x 1 jelly roll pan.

    Put 1 cup of the shredded mozzarella over the dough. Sprinkle with oregano, black pepper, garlic powder, bell pepper and salami. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup of shredded mozzarella over top.

    Cover tightly with foil, and bake until dough is completely baked (about 25 minutes). Uncover and bake until the cheese is melted and the tomatoes are soft (5-10 minutes).
