    2 lb. Fresh Spinach - Wash, No Stems, Drain, Rough Cut
    1 can Sliced Black Olives
    3/4 cup Pine Nuts
    1/2 tsp. Salt
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/2 cup Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tbsp. Onion Powder
    3 1/2 cups Mozzerella Cheese

    Clean spinach, cut off stems, rough chop and drain well. Add all ingredients and toss.

    Method for Pie Crust:
    1 loaf Italian or American frozen bread - defrost over night. Place bread dough in a well sprayed tray and cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in fridge over night. Next day uncover dough and divide in half. Flour a flat surface and roll out dough. Use a 10”x12”x3” pan. Roll out dough to fit pan. Push dough up sides. Roll out second half to fit top of pan. Place all ingredients into pan and place top crust. Pinch edges all around. Rub olive oil over top. Bake at 350° until crust is golden brown.
