    4 large chicken breasts (skinless, boneless)
    1 package(s) Creamed Cheese & Chives
    4 slices of bacon

    Recipe



    Pound chicken breasts (with crab mallet if available) 'til fairly flat.
    Use softened cream cheese/chives mixture and spread thickly over one side of each skinless, boneless chicken breast.

    Try to roll as a jelly roll, with cheese on the outside. Wrap one piece of sliced bacon around each chicken breast and place on aluminim foil in flat pan or cookie sheet. Place two toothpicks through bacon to hold in place.

    Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

    Note: This is a great recipe to make and place in freezer for unexpected guests. I generally make at least eight chicken breast halves at one time...
    one each for me and my hubby for dinner and place rest in freezer guests or use as needed. I also use my own chopped chives and place in softened cream cheese (less expensive than purchased cream cheese/chives).
