    Grilled Cinnamon Chicken

    1-1/4 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

    Marinade
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1-1/2 tsp. onion powder
    1-1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3/4 tsp. ground red pepper

    Recipe



    Combine marinade ingredients in 9-inch glass baking dish. Pierce both sides of the chicken breast and place in marinade, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade and place on hot grill. Baste frequently with marinade until fully cooked, about 6 minutes per side. Serve as a main entree or slice and serve on top of salad greens with an herb/garlic salad dressing.
