    Crisp Onion Roasted Potatoes

    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    ½ c olive or vegetable oil
    ¼ c butter or margarine
    2-3 lbs. potatoes, cut into quarters
    1 t thyme
    1 t marjoram
    ¼ t pepper

    Recipe



    Preheat over to 450º. In a shallow baking or roasting pan, thoroughly blend all ingredients, except potatoes. Add potatoes and turn to coat thoroughly. Bake stirring potatoes occasionally, 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown. Approximately 8 servings.
