    Yield: 4 servings

    2 md Russet potatoes, unpeeled, halved lengthwise; deeply scored on cut sides
    1/4 cup butter, melted
    2 T lemon juice
    1/2 t seasoning salt
    1/2 t garlic powder

    Combine butter, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder. Place on a
    cookie sheet and brush mixture on the cut sides of the potatoes.

    Bake at 325 for 30 - 45 minutes.
