    Half and Half Potatoes

    6-8 potatoes, unpeeled
    1 package cheddar cheese, shredded
    Quart of half and half, you may not need the whole quart
    Seasoned salt ( I use Lawry's)

    Boil the potatoes until tender, place in the refrigerator to cool completely.

    Shred on the large side of a grater. Layer some potato, seasoned salt, some cheddar. Continue layering ending with cheese. Pour half and half over the potatoes, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 325 for about 1 hour or until lightly browned.
