Mushroom Sculpted Redskin Potatoes

12 Redskin Potatoes size B
Butter to taste
Salt and Pepper to Taste



Recipe



Wash Redskin potatoes. Take an apple corer and push halfway into redskin potato, then using a paring knife slice into potato below where the corer stops in the potato and slice around the corer. Then carefully remove corer and separate potato giving you a mushroom sculpted redskin. Lay potatoes out on a baking sheet and drizzle with butter, salt and pepper. Roast in a 350° oven for 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
