    1 package (28-oz.) frozen large potato wedges
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    8 ozs. cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 can (16-oz.)Salsa - Thick & Chunky (Medium)
    1 package (8-oz.) sour cream
    1 avocado, peeled, pitted, diced
    1/2 cup chopped black olives
    1 can (4-oz.)Diced Green Chiles

    Place oven rack at highest position and preheat oven to 450°F.

    Generously coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Spread potato wedges, lying flat, on the baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.

    Bake for 10 minutes, turn fries over, and bake another 10 minutes until both sides are crisp and golden brown.

    Sprinkle cheese over fries and return to oven. When cheese is completely melted, remove from oven.

    Top with salsa, sour cream, avocado, chopped olives, and chilies.

    Servings: 6
