    1 ts Salt
    1 lb Russet Potatoes
    2 tb Soy Sauce
    1/4 c Milk
    2 tb Butter or Margarine
    Salt, to taste
    Pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Cook the potato cubes in salted
    boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain the potatoes.

    Return potatoes to the pan and mash with a potato masher. Add the soy
    sauce, milk, and butter. Continue to mash until all ingredients and mixed
    in. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
