    Velveeta Classic Potatoes Au Gratin

    4 cups thinly-sliced potatoes (about 4-5 medium)
    1/2 lb. (8oz.) Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    Salt to taste
    Ham, optional

    Recipe



    Cook potatoes in boiling water in a large saucepan 8-10 minutes or until fork-tender. Drain.

    Toss potatoes and remaining ingredients in 2 qt. casserole; cover.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Stir before serving. Makes 6 servings.
