Real Spanish Rice

List of Ingredients
2 cups rice
Ham
Onion
Garlic
1 small can tomato sauce
3/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. fat
Chicken
Raw shrimp
Carrots (sliced)
Fresh peas
Small strips pimento
Recipe
Fry rice and ham in fat until brown. Chop onion and garlic, add to rice with small amount water. Add tomato sauce and 3/4 cup water. Cook over low heat.
In separate pan lightly fry small parts chicken, seasoned. Add chicken, shrimp and carrots to rice and continue cooking until tender. Add peas and pimento. Cook until tender.
