    1 cup salad oil (safflower)
    1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1/4 cup white vinegar
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar*
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves, dried
    1/8 cup chopped parsley, fresh
    1 clove garlic, minced

    * Or Spanish sherry vinegar

    Process.
