1 large can pineapple chunks
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 6 oz. packages lemon jello
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups small marshmallows
1 egg, beaten
3 large bananas, sliced
2 cups Cool Whip
chopped nuts


Recipe



Drain pineapple, reserve syrup. Dissolve jello in 3 1/2 cups hot water; cool. Add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas; pour into a 9 x 13 dish. Chill until firm. Combine flour, sugar, and eggs; stir in reserved syrup. Cook until thick, stirring constantly; cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over jello. Sprinkle with nuts.
