    1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
    3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

    Whisk all ingredients together. Drizzle over salads or use as a marinade
