    1 Beef top round steak of 2 Chuck shoulder steaks
    1 cup prepared salsa to marinate the beef in
    1 bag of pre-packaged salad mix
    1 15 oz. can of black beans
    1 cup frozen corn
    1/3 cup prepared ranch dressing
    1/3 cup of prepared salsa
    1 cup borken tortilla chips (optinal)

    Place steak & 1 cup of salsa in food safe plastic bag; turn steak to coat. Close bag & marinate in refrigerator 6 hours or as long as overnight. Remove steak from marinade, place steak on grid over medium, ash covered coals. Grill steak, uncovered, 16 to 18 minutes for medium rare doneness (chuck shoulder steaks, 16 to 20 minutes for medium rare to medium doneness), turning occasionally. Remove, let stand 10 minutes. Meanwhile combine lettuce, beans & corn in shallow serving bowl, toss. Carve steak into thin slices, arrange on top of salad. Drizzle dressing & 1/3 cup of salsa separately over beef. Sprinkle with chips, if desired.
