    Barbequed Baked Chicken Pita

    1. Mix cooked and shredded chicken breasts with chopped red onion and barbeque sauce (nonfat).

    2. Put in pita pocket with nonfat cheese (mozzarella).

    3. Bake 400 degrees for 6 - 10 minutes depending on how crunchy you like the pita bread. Turn halfway through cooking time.

    Bake these on a baking stone, but a cookie sheet would probably work just as well. Also make the same thing and substitute whole wheat bread for the pita bread. The baking stone toasts the bread nicely.
