    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 lbs ground beef
    1 pkg (10 oz.) froze chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese (about 4 oz)

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 8 patties.
    Grill or broil until done.
