    1 ciabattina roll, cut horizontally
    6 pre-packaged Grilled Chicken Strips by Louis Rich, (or 1 grilled chicken breast, thinly sliced)
    3 slices peeled and pitted avocado
    1 1/2 tablespoons blue cheese crumbles
    1 teaspoon shelled sunflower seeds
    1 cup mixed salad greens
    1 tablespoon blue cheese dressing

    Recipe



    Top the bottom half of the ciabattina with chicken strips. Arrange the avocado slices, blue cheese crumbles and sunflower seeds on the chicken strips. Place the salad greens in a small bowl, add blue cheese dressing and toss to combine. Place the salad greens on the sandwich, then add the bread top. Makes 1 sandwich.
