    Chicken Pesto Hoagies

    1/2 cup homemade or purchased pesto
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    4 (6-7-inch) hoagie buns
    8 oz. sliced cooked chicken
    4 (1 1/2 oz.) slices mozzarella, halved lengthwise
    1 red bell pepper, cut into rings
    1 cup alfalfa sprouts

    In small bowl, combine pesto and mayonnaise. Spread on cut sides of buns.

    Layer chicken and next three ingredients on bottom halves of buns. Cover with other bun half.
