    Chicken breast with rib bone attached approximately one per person
    Tostido brand salsa
    Mexican blend cheese
    Flour tortillas

    Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees. Remove the skin from the chicken breast and place on a wire rack in a baking dish. Spoon some of the salsa on top and bake about 35 minutes or until done depending on the size of the breast. Remove the meat from the bone with a steak knife and fork and cut into bite size pieces. Heat a skillet and spray with pam cooking spray. Place a tortilla into the pan (I bought some at Costco that were really good), put chicken on top and cover with cheese (you can add green chilies and green onions for extra flavor), put another tortilla on top and cook on both sides until the cheese is melted. Cook over a medium heat for a soft tortilla. Cut up and serve with salsa, sour cream, and avocado. Refried beans go well with this. I like to put a little of the salsa and some cheese in the beans when I heat them up for added flavor. Enjoy!
